The Fertility Codex 1 is a foundational training program designed to help practitioners better understand the physiology, pathology, and underlying patterns involved in hormone and fertility dysfunction. Through the PatternMed framework, practitioners are guided through a more structured approach to interpreting reproductive cases beyond standard protocol-based thinking.

Inside the course, clinicians will learn how to recognize reproductive patterns, interpret complex hormone presentations with greater clarity, and understand the deeper mechanisms driving infertility and endocrine dysfunction. The training also introduces practical clinical frameworks that can help practitioners move away from guesswork and toward more precise, individualized treatment strategies.
Fertility Codex 1 is especially valuable for practitioners who feel overwhelmed by inconsistent hormone labs, unclear fertility cases, or treatment approaches that fail to address the root cause. By learning to identify patterns instead of simply chasing symptoms, practitioners can develop greater confidence in clinical decision-making, improve patient communication, and create more predictable outcomes in practice.

Founder of PatternMed

Dr. Colin La Grange began his master’s training at the Durban University of Technology in 1990 and later expanded his expertise in acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Chinese herbal medicine after qualifying as a Naturopath. His integrative approach to infertility—combining naturopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, and advanced hormone diagnostics—led to the founding of LIFE CENTRE clinics in 2004. Over a decade, he treated more than 10,000 cases and contributed to over 5000 successful pregnancies. His clinical research on Ferti-boost was presented at the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS), marking a significant milestone for natural medicine in reproductive care.
With over 14,000 clinical hours in reproductive health and more than 26 years of teaching experience, Dr. La Grange has developed postgraduate programs, authored over 30 international articles, and mentored practitioners in his methodology. Now based in the United States, he is the founder of the Hormone Health School and PatternMed where he teaches a structured, pattern-based approach to infertility and endocrine health. He continues research toward a PhD in medicine and toxicology while maintaining a part-time clinical practice and developing advanced educational programs.
